Kim Goulbourne is an award-winning, Jamaican product designer, full stack developer, and perpetual creator known for her diverse talents. By day, she leads product design at Angi, while by night, she immerses herself in the vibrant nightlife scene of NYC, spinning dancehall and soca music as a DJ.

Kim's professional journey includes stints at top creative agencies and product consultancies, where she played a pivotal role in transforming the digital presence of startups and established businesses. Having worked at thoughtbot, Ogilvy, Wondersauce, and R/GA, she contributed to projects for major companies like Verizon and Foursquare, as well as newer ventures like Master & Dynamic and treStique.

Her influence extends beyond the workspace, as she has graced the TEDx stage and participated in events hosted by Girlboss, AIGA, and Girls Who Code. Kim's impactful work has earned her a Webby award and recognition in publications and podcasts such as HER, Bustle, Revision Path, and CodeNewbie. Notably, she has served as a judge for prestigious awards like The One Show and Young Guns, acted as a curator for NET Magazine, and shared her knowledge as a teacher at General Assembly.

Currently, Kim is dedicated to the growth of Out N Bad, an events brand committed to crafting inclusive and liberating experiences for the Queer Caribbean community.
